On Wednesday, April 5^th, I gave a presentation to this wonderful group of sailing ladies at the Women’s Sailing Association – Orange County. And I am not being gratuitous when I say that! These ladies love the ocean and actually get out and do something to save it: From educating our children to going out on their boats to remove all the Mylar balloons that are released after holidays like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Easter. 

After my talk, the questions came fast and furious. It sure was nice to talk with people who share a passion for educating the public AND get involved. 

I want to thank all the people who signed up for our email list, made donations, and took away literature to pass around to other like-minded folks.
